I purchased a Cindy Crawford Home Calvano Brown Leather Sofa and it has a bent frame for the sleeper and won't close .The store (Rooms to Go) has been no help on helping me get a replacement frame or help with any repairs. What ever happened to customer service ,they could a lease point me in the right direction. User's recommendation: Always double service reviews.
