I ordered 2 swimsuits on July 18th, 2010 for a total of 270.30 and was sent an email saying they would ship in 4-7 days. I contacted the company when my card was charged on 7/20 to get the tracking number. I had to leave a message and send an email since no one answers the phone. After several days I got an email from Jennnifer saying that they do not have the items and would I like a substitute. I tried again to call, but no answer. I sent an email that I did not want a substitute and to cancel my order. I have contacted Jennifer several times and she has promised a refund but it is now August 19. Still no refund. Why are these people allowed to continue business?
