Carrier Payton Kelley

We live at 7400 Bevelhymer Rd, New Albany. Our carriier named above throws our paper into our neighbors yard everyday. My husband, who does not read the paper wants me to cancel the subscription since it is not delivered to us. Please inform Mr Kelley to fix the problem. This is the second oposting of this problem to your web page.
