cant fill refills/bad account

Took almost a month to receive my dogs pain meds after mailing in Prescription. Could not log into my established account. Called Customer service and they couldn't refill the meds(had 2 refills) because they were in the process? of renewing a licence???? They had someone elses email account under my name!!! I had a hard time hearing the operator as someone else in the room was yelling both times i called! End result I now have to hurry and get another prescription from my vet before my dogs pain meds run out! I feel they are VERY unreliable! The old saying is true. "If it sounds to good to be true"... Don't waste you or your pets time on this shady company... Feeling the pain in Virginia.
