Cancellation because of coronavirus

I called to let them know that Royal Caribbean told me I had to canceled through C,O because they are the agents who booked they tell me that I have to pay $100.00 fee which I could not believe because it Royal is not charging any fee because of the cruise with confidence C.O is not justify that they do this.my immune system is compromise beside being a breast cancer patient,diabetic, asmatic, and being 71 years I think this is very rude of them been with them for a couple of years and this is the way they treat their customer, I will not refer not do any more trips with them.is this customer satisfaction, they are a disgrace. User's recommendation: Do not book with them they are just a bunch of crooks.
