Cancel account is ridiculous
what is the process? Since last year we've been trying to cancel our account. my husband has been directed to do different things by different reps on site. It feels like we are jumping thru hoops to just cancel. We never used the membership and moved out of the bay area since November 2017. My husband has sent letters, called customer service and been down to the site to cancel and we are still being charged. We have not been credited anything. Also now they're only charging one membership instead of two. What more do we need to do to cancel? Filing a dispute with my bank now, last resort would be cancelling my checking account which I do not want to do.
