Cabin Air Filter Doesn’t Fit
Part Number: 453**** Where: Rockauto Message: I purchased (order#10187****) a cabin air filter Denso# 453-**** from Rockauto Parts on 1/22/2019 which I did not attempt to install until 33 days later. The filter is too thick to fit the bracket in my 2016 Lincoln MKX vin 2LMTJ6LR1GBL43478. Since their warranty period ends after thirty days, I can no longer file a claim electronically. I have been two months trying to contact them or waiting for them to return my emails and calls. I hope that you will check this problem out to make sure other purchasers are not disappointed with your product like I am. I have always been well pleased with your products with my Honda autos and motorcycle. I also hope you will rectify this problem with me.
