C and T Appliance – broke oven and did not refund money

I called for an oven repair. The repairman came and said he needed to purchase a part on September 27th. We gave him a credit card and he charged half of the $700 charge to cover the part and services. He returned on October 13th with the part and not only did not repair the oven but further damaged it by shorting out the key pad. Now they tell me that part is no longer made and they cannot fix the oven. It is November 30th, my oven is still broken, I am fighting to get my $350 deposit back and the manager won't call me back!!!!!!
