I did some research about this company due to slow service and failure to answer messages (phone and e-mail). I also found this business was rated F by the BBB due to MANY complaints. The BBB listed the owner as Principal: Mr James Koskela (Owner) of Ft Walton Beach FL. I hope someone has a chance to "personally" express their frustration with this man. Another contact number was 352 509 5625 which was listed with the BBB. The 800 381 8709 number on Bumpkey.US and the 352 509 5625 supplied by the BBB was never answered by a person and messages never returned. After 3 weeks with no response I have disputed the payment with credit card company. I just want to cancel the order and reorder through another company. This company should be closed and the owner prohibited from opening another business since it is so clear that he has no business ethics and his activities border on criminal.
