I bought earings on Friday. Saturday morning when I want to wear the pair I wanted to wear was broken. On Monday when I return them and explain why I am returning that set the lady who was helping me said the manager refuses to exchanged them. Because accessories are not supposed to be returned but my case is different cause the one pair is broken. How can I pay for something i am not using. I am your loyal customer. So are willing to loose customer for R95.00??????
