Breville espresso machine

We've purchased a breville espresso machine last year ,we hardly used it, since we weren't home that much, lately the coffee is flat, it has zero pressure for $600 it's a SHAME that it's not performing as such ,we attempted to call customer service, they are horrible, all we wanted is a VOUCHER to use towards a different machine .we are not happy with this hardly used espresso machine. User's recommendation: Do NOT PURCHASE A BREVILLE ESPRESSO MACHINE.
