I have used vinted for around a year. Over that time occasionally my items would be removed with vinted claiming they're inauthentic. I ignored this in the past. However recently I would re-list any item that was taken down with the proof of purchase showing its authenticity. This lead to my account being banned. The problem just gets worse as Vinted are awfully difficult to get intouch with and when I was finally able to, they responded without looking at my proof and just accused me of fraud basically. It is insulting how they treat there clientbase. They customer support is a joke and they need to held accountable for their slander.
