I placed an order on June 8,2007 received confirmation on my order. My visa card was billed and I never received the items I had ordered. I placed phone calls, wrote a letter and e-mailed about my order until July 9th. I then got on line and filed a complaint with Dept. of Justice- Civil Enforcement Division, 1162 Court Street NE, Salem, OR 97301-**** about my situation. I received a letter from them stating they wrote the company and requested a response. Shortly after I got a letter and check for the amount of order. It bounced. I am taking legal action. ckap
