To Whom it may concern, I have been a excellent customer for the past 4 years. I paid all my bills on time. I recently moved and it has been a nightmare. I started new service at my new home and canceled at the old apartment. Your customer service representative Laura is so unprofessional. I spoke with a manager who advised me to have the old property manager from the Village of Canterbury to resume the bill as of 6/30. I was advise by the property manager and another representative that they took over the bill. Why would I during a pandemic want to pay for 2 places especially if someone else took over the lease. Why I am being treated to like nothing. Everytime I call to get clarity and move forward LAURA THE RUDEST Representative gives me a hard time. All I want to do is pay my final bill to my last day June 29, 2020. Can someone help me??? I am trying to pay the bill the correct bill. I swear if I could go to another company I will. This is horrible treatment for a long time great paying customer. Why wouldn't you want to help some one that is trying to pay you!! Please someone help me. I recommend Laura gets some training!! Very rude.
