I bought 2 pair of boots. One fit perfect, the other not so much. It was too wide. I called Sheplers and asked for help printing a return label as my computer wouldn't do it. Sheplers set it all up and emailed the label to me in about 2 minutes. In fact the lady waited on the phone to make sure I got the label and that it was ok. I shipped the boots back and received my total refund on my card in about 6 days. WHAT A COMPANY! Would I recommend them to a friend. YOU BET! Will I buy from them again. YOU BET!
