We were away for a two week vacation and when we returned to pick up our car from the long term parking (ABM) at the Omaha airport it had been vandalized. Here is why it is a bad idea to use this service: They have no security cameras on there lot. They have no security - they rely on airport security for all incidents, reporting, etc. Parking lot attendant could not (or would not) answer any of the above questions. They have no number listed except the booth for checking out of the lot. The employees who man the booth are trained in the fine art of avoiding answering questions and how to win the prize for rude - no sympathy - "we are not responsible for damage" - just pay your fee. The only way I was able to get a manager to call me is to file a complaint with BBB.
