Bad bar soap

Why have you changed dial gold? I have repurchased 6 times in 3 weeks. Wasted my money. Fragrance is gone. Color of bars run from regular color but see through to an off white. After 20 years of being a customer I am very disappointed. You can keep the coupons I was promised and never received from the first time I called.
