Avoid at all costs!!

This company is horrible. The keep increasing their prices every three months but in the same time they reduced their recycling service to every other week instead of every week. How is it possible to increase the price and offer less service?? Also, I have been trying to reach them and nobody is answering the phone. I have been on hold for 20 minutes!!! Please do not use them!!
