Autism Discrimination

1

PNC sent a letter stating they were shutting down my checking account due to my comments. I have Aspergers (form of Autism). They said they would mail a check to for my balance. I said I needed the money. I told the lady on the phone I was close (Kroger parking lot shared with PNC). She instructed me to pull on to the window and they would give me the balance in cash. She put me on hold and then told me she communicated with the bank to get the cash to me. However, they actually called the police for trespassing. They said I was allowed to have a bank loan but not a checking account. More to the point, they raised my interest rate on my loan because they were closing my checking account. Why is that possible?? They claimed I never informed them that I had Autism. I decided to go to the branch to fill out paper work to inform them I had Autism and do not handle personal conversation very well. They said they had no way of doing that. I have a video recording of this event. How can I be punished for not documenting my condition when there is no way to document the condition. When I opened an account with PNC I informed them that I had a form of Autism that makes it difficult to communicate at times. They even arranged for me to meet directly with a person so it would not be awkward. I recently found out that PNC allowed an Escort Service in California to withdraw money from my account $10 every month. I was upset when I got conflicting information about how many I could dispute. Chase and Capital One caught it without any trouble. I was very upset on the phone. User's recommendation: Avoid At ALL COST.
