Assed late fee when payments are processed on the actual due date

The actual due date is being met, however First Credit is posting it two days later to charge me a late fee. I discussed the matter with a CSR and she reviewed my account and suggested that I send my payments in earlier. I then asked why even have a due date if they do not honor it! User's recommendation: Don't become a first credit card holder.
