I received a text saying someone needed roof work done, I asked who was I speaking to? And they responded “no one at the moment but if you call you will be speaking to Bud Thompson! So I called ... a representative named mike answers .. unconcerned with my questions .. I told him why I was calling and was told I would be speaking to a bud thompson. He proceeded sarcastic and said “ well I’m not going to go back and forth with you , I said my name is mike!” So I said ok mike is this a company? He responded yes , 4 star .. I said so who is Bud? He got mad and hung up! If this is a real company whoever mike is needs to be terminated! Now all the contractors I’m in touch with will know not to engage with 4star! Smh
