Agent has no customer service

Make sure you are able to read the fine print. So CruisesOnly sent me an email said if I pay my cruise in full by May 15th 2020 I will receive 200.00 on board credit so I paid it on may 10th 2020 I call my agent she said you needed to call them before you pay in full. So I get nothing from cruisesonly but a head ache. Will never use them. Again
