After many many yrs I received a bill called for info was told I used more min.texing I do no never did text the over charge was due to incoming calls what am I suppose to do if telemarketing ect of

I spoke w/Kevin than sup. Didn't even try to help w/over charge they both must have repeated sorry 20time. I cancelled serves them you people should be ashamed of your self you lost a loyal long time customer! What happen to helping since this has never happen before the only help was I am sorry over ect what help us that I'll be reporting to Bob to help seniors and other by the way I would like to know how you can stop incoming call that you didn't reguest? I asked to be blocked no answer sorry again review call 10-13-20 see how much help I received User's recommendation: Do not deal w/you they do not help you.
