ADP Insurance deducted mutiple payments in advance of due date and will not refund

ADP Insurance set up an auto payment for my health account and then proceeded to take out 6 months premiums in two consecutive months in advance! When I called multiple times, I was unable to get a superivsor and they will not give out last names. I was told their policy is to hold ALL transactions at least 20 day even if it is their error( which they admitted) . After multiple phone calls and rediculas hold times I sent registered mail to customer service (almost impossible to get the address), no reply or refund has ever been processed and the account is still paid for 6 months in advance at their whim.
