We have been doing business with Accram for over 10 years I think, much longer than I have been here and Ive been here a long time. I deal with them directly and they are a god company. Yes I would like better pricing on the big things, but I understand they are in business to make money just as I am. I've worked with multiple network people there as well as the front office and they have been very helpful;. I recently came across a used plotter that I thought was a bargain, it wasn't. They looked at it and tested it for what they could and gave me their honest opinion for $50. All of the other copmpanies I spoke with wouldnt even look at it to give me a guesstimate without me first committing to paying $800+ for an overhaul first. I needed to know whether it was worth the overhaul to begin with. they have always responded quickly to any service call and have always provided value for their services
