DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH 3G GRAFIX! Absolutely terrible customer service. I spoke with the owner about printing a sign for my business. He told me to email him what I wanted and then he would come up with a proof and email it back. He never did that. I followed up with him several times on the phone to make sure that he receieved the email. He said that he did and he would send me a proof shortly...this was day 3 now. After work I decided to drive there and talk to him because he still did not send me a proof! He assured me that he would have the proof emailed to me "sometime this evening"...and surprise surprise...I STILL did not have it. It has now been over a week and a half and I still don't have a proof, let alone a sign! Needless to say, I found a MUCH BETTER company to do the sign for me...and on the SAME DAY because this other place SUCKED!!!! If you live in the Buffalo area, I HIGHLY recommend NAS Sign Company...do NOT waste your time or money on 3G Grafix! It's a wonder they are still in business!
