I genuinely advise everyone, especially ex-pats living in Pays Gex in France, to avoid this company like the plague. Most importantly, you can kiss goodbye forever to your whole deposit when you hand it over. We left our house in excellent condition and subsequently received a manufactured list of nonsense two months later with repair bills, surprisingly enough, totalling the entire deposit to a penny. The agency had visited us twice before the move, both times assuring that everything was fine and not to worry about the deposit. From a service and support point of view, they are non-existent, once they have received your commission cheque. They sell themselves as a 'full service' agency, but try getting one of them on the phone when you actually need something repaired. A real bunch of charlatans. Please be warned.
