Abcoaster used 2 hours, left arm support split
AbCoaster arrived 3/21/11, I assembled it. In 10 days I had used it about 2 hours, when I saw that the leather on the left arm rest was cracked, split in two places. I called 3/31/11 & Ronnie said he would ship a new arm rest. 4/13/11, I called, & Roger said "Just wait two more days"!!! 4/21/11, I called, & Shawn said "We"ll refund $39.99 for your trouble"..& We'll send you a new armrest in 7 to 10 business days. Nothing was said about returning the whole thing. But I made sure that each person I talked to knew that I was very upset. Yesterday, got a "Return Mailing Label" in the mail,, WHY? I called today but could not reach a customer service person on the phone, because when your answering machine message said "Dial 1 to reach a customer service person", as soon as I hit the 1, the voice said "Invalid Response, GOODBYE"!! I tried several times during the day with the same results!! Your ab Coaster is a piece of ***, and you have zero customer care or service!! You evidently want me to return it because you know that if you replace it, it won't last but a few days before it breaks again, and you're hoping that I won't send pictures, and this whole story around the world via Twitter, Facebook, and You Tube. Before I do that, I'll see if you even have the guts to reply!! John Edd Walker
