After providing a written quote to trim trees around our home in Mid-September 2016, the owner, Jimmie Oliver, ignored every effort to contact him to set up a date/time of performance. Multiple phone calls, emails, messages, etc. were ignored until finally on 5 October 2016, a short email was sent in response to us saying he "would get to us" and we should wait. Multiple follow-ups after that were ignored until we gave up in mid-November and notified him we would distribute negative reviews to Angie's List, YELP, etc. if he continued to ignore us. To date, we have not received a response.
