We went for lunch at 41 West Restaurant on Sept. 3rd. 2015. They did not accept my voucher. I paid the full price for our lunch, because I don't want to make a scene, and I don't want to argue with the server. This is the 4th time I visit this restaurant always happy with their food quality and service. The server told me Ncrowd can not delivery their agreement to their customer, that is why they can not honour their voucher since Aug. 17th .Because there is a problem between NCrowd and 41 West Restaurant, I had to pay the full price, so that is no good deal by buying the Ncrowd voucher.
