I ordered a cake. I told the owner I wanted it exactly like the photo with different words, different side decorations and no cupcakes. The owner said she understood. She then asked if the event was local because she would deliver. I explained it was not and gave her my mother-in-laws address and phone number.The then said she was too busy and asked if I could meet nearer to her house. I told her we would be on a tight schedule and we could not. She then tried to change the day, time and place for the meeting several times so she would no longer have to deliver it. That in itself was frustrating but when we picked up the cake the color of the lettering and lettering itself was completely different and hard to read. The border color had also been changed. When I expressed my disappointment she told me it would not have been professional to copy it. Really? She did not make that clear. Then she blocked me so that I could no longer send her messages. This was disappointing because all she had to do was scrape of the lettering and border and redo it. I've done cakes. I know this is not hard.
