I went to purchase some food at Panda Depressed which is a public domain and I was denied service for not wearing a mask. This is a violation of my civil rights, I was discriminated against. It is also a violation of the American Disabilities Act. which is a $75,000 fine for the 1st offense and $150,000 fine for the 2nd offense. User's recommendation: AVOID.
