Original review updated by user Jul 22, 2021 Circuit board is bad, cant find it on Masterbuilt website. My model # is 2007**** and cannot find the circuit board for it. CANNOT GET ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE! Will NEVER BUY another MASTERBUILT SMOKER! Do User's recommendation: Good smokers.
