Cinch changed its name from HMS National, if you check those reviews you get a good idea of the pain they can be. They are not worth the investment. If you are disabled, a senior citizen, military member it doesn't matter they will screw them over like everyone else. They DO NOT send service professionals to your house. The service people they do send will screw consumers on pricing and quality service if they think they can take a shortcut. I spent a year trying to resolve my issues with the company, their response was more or less SCREW OFF. They are not trustworthy, avoid at all costs. User's recommendation: home warranty companies are a rip off, use local contractors known in your community.
