My husband smokes camel 99's and when he opened a brand new pack he smoked the first one and when he went to smoke the second cigarette this is what he pulled out of the pack of cigarettes a tore up cigarette with tobacco at one end and none in the middle and tobacco at the end of the cigarette I am trying to include a picture so you can see what the cigarette looked like. Normally I don't complain but cigarettes cost way to much money and to get damaged cigs is not fair as much as they cost. Please explain as to why this happened.
