They offered me a $10 gift card to Amazon and a $10 gift card to Starbucks if I posted reviews at both RealSelf and Google. Their reviews on Google and RealSelf are PAID REVIEWS so I have no reason to doubt their Yelp reviews are as well. But scroll to the bottom and look at the 122 negative reviews for Cienega Med Spa which they challenged and got removed.
