Chunky Taco Meat and Hard Rice

I’ve had a chicken taco meat bowl at Hothead Burritos in Vandalia Ohio, twice and both times I’ve gotten home to find a huge chunk of hard taco meat. It wasn’t chopped up all the way at all, it grossed me out. Once I had a bowl with brown rice and it was hard as a rock not cooked all the way.
