Chrono24 trusted checkout vs PayPal

I paid at the Chrono24 website via there trusted checkout and I purchased a watch from Alex Pig Timepieces Hong Kong through Chrono24 and have yet to receive the watch now almost six month. The seller used FedEx valued the watch at $31 and charged $500 HK for shipping. The watch is now with customs and probably will not released. No Refund Using PayPal however withebay is much safer as PayPal will always refund if the buyer does not receive the item
