A S Adam: med aid no. 240********. I have been complaining about the poor service received from Pharmacy Direct for over a year. In the first instance, I requested my medication to be delivered on the First working day of the month. This never happened. Sometimes my medication is delivered as late as the 12th of the month. This is unacceptable. For the past few months I have not received my pressure tablets. I had to obtain these from the chemist and pay for them. As of 1 February 2018, please scrap the current script and deliver of the script I am sending to you. I have contacted Bonitas and sent them same.
