It is sad that Columbia sends items via the U.S. Postal service rather than the more expedient and competent UPS or FedEx. .My order was placed on 12/4. It left Oregon and arrived in Seattle on 12/9. It was shipped and arrived in Pittsburgh on 12/13 and supposedly left Pittsburgh within the next 12 hours. Where it is at this point is anyone's guess. I live in Massachusetts. I'm not blaming Columbia as they got the item right out , but I am suggesting to them to ship via any other carrier in the future.
