Presentable pooches owner Chris Shuttleworth and her husband Wally came to my home to groom my dog. Note my dog is very sweet and very small. My dog screamed four times I rushed into wash area and Wally says your dog is spoiled. I said what is going on? Instead of removing a tiny bit of ear hair at a time he was trying to rip out all hair. I told them to STOP & move on to grooming. When they were done grooming. My dog had the worst cut ever! OMG! His fur was bald in areas in his head and all over. Chris said he was matted! What a total lie! I throughly brush my dog daily and again before they arrived. They do not have a website and they bring in a suit case. I will never ever call these clowns again! Beware they are terrible!
