Chris Yang the worst of the worst

Chris Yang is the most unprofessional, rude, and shady *** you could ever have the displeasure of encountering. When I called on a rental listing to ask questions he cut me off and yelled at me and I quote "I'm too busy to talk to you. Can you just hang up!" and slammed the phone down on me. When I called Joe Shen, the owner of Waijule, one of the companies he worked for, he just giggled and made excuses that he had a language problem. I really liked the unit but almost didn't rent it as I knew I would have to deal with Chris Yang. When he sent the lease paperwork, he changed the move in date to two weeks earlier than we had agreed. Since I moved in, he has refused to answer any inquiries or solve any problems. I had to email him a minimum of 3 times, usually 5 and call to even get him to respond. A storage unit came with my condo but he refused to respond to my inquiry of where it was located in the complex. After repeated inquiries, he flat out lied and said it didn't exist then ignored my question of why it was stated on the lease. It's been 8 months and I finally found it on my own after asking my neighbors, the HOA, and their management company. When I asked for a repair, he sent someone who was not a licensed or qualified repairman, but a friend who likes to fix things as a hobby who had to borrow tools from me. The second time, he sent someone who was working under the table for him who was another one of his tenants who also agreed that he was unscrupulous, unresponsive, and an all around *** that was heartily hated. It reflects poorly on Waijule that he either had no oversight or more likely, the company didn't care how he treated his tenants as long as they paid up. Waijule's response when I complained directly to the owner was a lack of any action or even apology for his behavior. Waijule's main business is selling properties to rich Chinese investors and they only care about those investors. They don't care about the tenants renting their properties. He has fostered ill will and deep resentment by failing to do the basics of the job. He provided no information such as HOA rules, the lock code for a swimming pool on the property that I couldn't access as he didn't respond to my inquiries about the code. Avoid Chris Yang and Waijule at all costs.
