Went in to pick up an order I placed online for in store pickup was informed from Chris they don't do that there this isn't Walmart. I work 3rd shift and drove from out of town in freezing rain to be treated like this. Really!! She needs to learn respect and how to treat customers. Thankfully Miss Joanne V helped me and was very pleasant.. Chris has also been rude to my family members and friends and several occasions. Barb who works in handbags and Nancy in cosmetics are always nice and very pleasant and along with Joanne go out of their way to help customers. Maybe Chris should find a job that does not entail customers and customer service. I can be contacted at 567 208 2997. I expect something to be done about this.
