ChowNow is not loyal to original customer

We received one of the first mini iPads for online ordering. With out notice it suddenly was outdated and stopped our online orders. Contact CN and they said they’ll ship in 3-5 business days. That’s crazy considering the lost revenue that will sting us and discouragement to our customers to try online ordering. After tons of calls and emails, they agreed to overnight the pre-programmed mini ipad for $57! Really discouraged considered the thousands of dollars and referrals I have provided them. The person that I originally dealt with has moved up the small CN ladder and wont talk to me now, but the phone answer person referred me to someone that is on vacation! Meanwhile I’m losing a lot of money (CN is losing too) but I guess when you sweet talk investors into another round of millions, you can just burn through it. What they don’t realize is that I have millions to invest. Maybe I’ll acquire them and start firing. Bad employees are easy to replace now days...
