I have been using dip powder polish from other vendors and love it. I ordered Rossi color Supernova dip powder. After a complete application. That takes a LONG time, this powder physically changed colors on my nails. Truly bizarre. One hand looked different color than the other and continued to change. We joked it was like a mood ring. Never order this product.
