Chlorine tablets?

I went online to order a 50 lb bucket of 3 inch chlorine tablets as usual once I receive the order, it was a 9 Pound bucket of 3 inch multi tabs. I contacted the customer support group and they told me that I made a mistake when I ordered that and they couldn't take it...
