Chino hills in n out poor quality food

8/16/2019 burger was burnt and dry, fries were cold but service was okay. This is not the first time I went to this branch, other occasion were just as bad. Employees need to be retrain on cooking.... food is not what in n out use to be. Need to elevate this issue to corporate to take care of this matter
