Ordered the Chi 09/19 the web site said my rder timed out and I had to redo the order so I did. the next thing I see is double charges on my bank account they say they cancelled the order, which they did but are not refunding any money. They did ship one unit but I was charged for two. I guess I was lucky to get one.... I have a paper trail of e-mails and bank charges I will follow up with this company. My advice...STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I will never do any business with this company and neither will anyone I know.
