I am a regular customer who spends several thousand dollars a year will your company and overall I have been most satisfied. Last year was the first time I got broken items, orders with major parts missing and orders that never came. This year I have two items that took over a month, two items that still have not come and one item that I was told yesterday would arrive in April. The latter item is also a Christmas present. Very frustrating. User's recommendation: Allow two months lead time. Great products, but disorganized delivery system.
