Nothing was resolved to my satisfaction. I finally gave up. Couldn't deal with the stress. Will not let Meineke ever touch one of my vehicles again and will not recommend them to anyone. The inefficiency of the tech caused my engine to blow when my oil change was messed up. My car was repossessed this week. I could not afford payments and the cost of replacing the engine. That is not where this ends but Meineke's refusal to accept any responsibility is totally unacceptable.
